This modern 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of a select urbanisation with a large communal swimming pool, less than ten minutes walk from beautiful sandy beaches. The immaculately presented apartment sleeps 4 people and comprises of a sitting room, a kitchen, two twin bedded bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet, hand basin and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven/grill, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and kettle. The apartment has a roof terrace and a patio for al fresco dining which is furnished with a garden table & chairs, sun awning and sun recliners. There is other equipment which you are welcome to use during your stay, such as golf clubs for the on- site putting green, beach chairs and various pool toys. We have an English/Spanish speaking agent who is available should you encounter any problems during your stay.

The apartment is close to the magnificent 8 km sandy beach of La Barrosa, which has been awarded blue flag status since its inception. There are numerous bars and restaurants along the beautiful promenade. The stunning 36 hole Severiano Ballesteros designed golf course at Novo Sancti Petri is also a short drive from the apartment.

The area is very Spanish but without the high rise buildings so typical of the other Costas and many of the holidaymakers are from Madrid and Seville. The locals are very friendly and welcoming.

It is recommended that you hire a car during your stay as there are numerous places to visit such as the interesting white villages of Vejer and Medina Sidonia, or larger cities such as Seville, Cadiz and Jerez. Donana National Park is also within easy reach, as is Gibraltar, and Tarifa.
